Itinerary

Following the Council meeting on the afternoon of Friday 10th May, we will commence proceedings with a drinks reception on the hotel terrace followed by a delicious Mediterranean meal prepared by the hotel’s chef.

On Saturday morning, May 11th, the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held. This will be followed by lunch which will be served exclusively for HBSA guests.

During the afternoon, there is an optional 4-hour trip on a catamaran exploring the coves and secluded beaches on the West coast of the island. More details will follow closer to the time but it would be appreciated if you could indicate your interest when booking your place on the weekend.

Dinner on Saturday evening will take place at the picturesque Hostal la Torre situated in a quiet grove overlooking the sea. The menu offers an unforgettable array of local Mediterranean dishes and benefits from some of the best views of the sunset on the whole of the island.

The cost for the trip will be £630 for double occupancy per person, and £699 for single occupancy. The weekend is a great opportunity to network and to catch up with customers, friends and colleagues. Traditionally, many guests opt to bring their husbands/wives/partners with them making for an extremely convivial weekend. We benefit from a group rate for accommodation on the days either side of the weekend if you are interested in extending your stay.

A more detailed itinerary will follow, but in the meantime, if you would like to reserve your place(s) then please let me know as we have rooms holding. I very much hope you will join us for what is anticipated to be a great weekend.

Many thanks

Mike
