One of the many benefits of HSBA membership is the business support helpline, covering employment law, payroll, health & safety, commercial and legal matters. We use the helpline at least once a week , sometimes daily and the support and guidance we receive is concise and of great help, in fact at times we would be lost without them

I, and the organisation I represent  find being members of the HBSA very useful in our desire to be a part of such a wonderful industry, as well helping deliver to our commitment to acting professionally in all that we do and helping to continually improve the professionalism of the industry. We enjoy meeting other industry colleagues, the  social events and the ability to discuss industry wide issues with a wide cross section of stakeholders  and would thoroughly recommend any business to join.

For a smaller company like mine, the Croner help line, which is offered via the HBSA membership, provides vital support. The free advice line offers  information on a wide range of business issues. These can range from employment law or contract law questions to advice on health and safety matters. Give it a go - you won't be disappointed

For any company operating in the UK’s hair and beauty industry the HBSA is a must. Regular newsletters and updates mean you are always kept up to date with industry relevant laws and policies as well as what’s going on, and the free helpline is a great resource for tax, employment or health & safety information.  Above all that though the opportunity to meet and network with key people from all areas of the industry is immensely valuable
